Under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Secure Parking Solutions Ltd. provides vehicle hire companies the ability to transfer liability for Parking Charges to the hirer at the time of the contravention.
If you are a vehicle hire company and have received a parking charge for a vehicle that was hired out at the time of the contravention, you may transfer liability by providing the hirer’s full name and full postal address, a copy of the hire agreement and the parking charge number.

- Parking Charge Number
- A copy of the hire agreement
Important Notice:
All requested information above is mandatory and without all requested details the hire transfer will not be completed.
If a Parking Charge Notice is not paid, appealed or liability transfer within the relevant time framed, it may be passed to a debt recovery specialist with additional costs being added. If payment remains outstanding, legal proceedings will likely be issued in the small claims court which may increase your liability for costs and legal fees.
